§47F‑3‑106. Bylaws.
(a)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The bylaws of theassociation shall provide for:
(1)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The number ofmembers of the executive board and the titles of the officers of theassociation;
(2)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Election by theexecutive board of officers of the association;
(3)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The qualifications,powers and duties, terms of office, and manner of electing and removingexecutive board members and officers and filling vacancies;
(4)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Which, if any, ofits powers the executive board or officers may delegate to other persons or toa managing agent;
(5)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Which of itsofficers may prepare, execute, certify, and record amendments to thedeclaration on behalf of the association; and
(6)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The method ofamending the bylaws.
(b)Â Â Â Â Â Â Â The bylaws mayprovide for any other matters the association deems necessary and appropriate. (1998‑199,s. 1.)
