§48‑1‑108. Adoptees subject to Indian Child Welfare Act.
If the individual is an Indianchild as defined in the Indian Child Welfare Act, 25 U.S.C. § 1901, et seq.,then the provisions of that act shall control the individual's adoption. (1995,c. 457, s. 2.)
