§ 50‑100. Parentingcoordinator immunity.
A parenting coordinator shallnot be liable for damages for acts or omissions of ordinary negligence arisingout of that person's duties and responsibilities as a parenting coordinator.This section does not apply to actions arising out of the operation of a motorvehicle. (2005‑228,s. 1.)
