§50A‑317. Costs and expenses.
If the respondent is not theprevailing party, the court may assess against the respondent all directexpenses and costs incurred by the prosecutor or other appropriate publicofficial and law enforcement officers under G.S. 50A‑315 or G.S. 50A‑316.(1999‑223, s. 3.)
