§ 53‑101. Clericalhelp.
The Commissioner of Banks isempowered to employ sufficient clerical and secretarial help, and othernecessary labor to conduct the affairs of the Commissioner's office efficientlyand effectively. (1931,c. 243, s. 12; 2005‑284, s. 2.)
