§53‑138. Corporate title.
Every corporation incorporatedor reorganized pursuant to the provisions of this Article shall be known as anindustrial bank, and may use the word "bank" as part of its corporatetitle. (1923, c. 225, s. 3; C.S., s. 225(c).)
