§53‑143. Investments; securities; loans; limitations.
The provisions of G.S. 53‑46,53‑48 and 53‑49, with reference to the limitations of investmentsin securities, limitations of loans and suspensions of investment and loanlimitations, shall be applicable to industrial banks. (1923,c. 225, s. 8; C.S., s. 225(h); 1945, c. 127, s. 2.)
