§ 53‑208.22. Licenseeliability.
A licensee's responsibility toany person for a money transmission conducted on that person's behalf by thelicensee or the licensee's authorized delegate shall be limited to the amountof money transmitted or the face amount of the payment instrument purchased. (2001‑443, s. 2.)
