§53‑224.13. Interstate branching through the acquisition of a branch.
An out‑of‑statebank that does not have a branch in North Carolina and that meets therequirements of this Article may establish and maintain a branch in this Statethrough the acquisition of a branch. (1995, c. 322, s. 2.)
