§53‑224.26. Rules.
The Commissioner, subject toreview and approval of the North Carolina State Banking Commission, may adoptrules needed to implement this Article. Chapter 150B of the General Statutesgoverns the adoption of rules by the Commissioner. (1995, c. 322, s. 2.)
