§53‑224.27. Additional branches.
An out‑of‑statebank that has a branch in North Carolina may establish and acquire additionalbranches in this State to the same extent as a North Carolina State bank or tothe same extent otherwise permitted by federal law. (1995, c. 322, s. 2.)
