§53‑27. Publication and contents of notice.
Such notice shall be publishedin the manner required by law for service of summons by publication, and shallset forth the names of the parties to the indenture, deed of trust or othersuch instrument, the date thereof, and the place or places where the same isrecorded. (1931, c. 250, s. 3.)
