§ 53‑305. Trustbusiness of State trust institution.
A State trust institution mayconduct any activities outside this State that are permissible for a trustinstitution in the host state, subject to the laws of this State and, in thecase of a State bank or a State trust company, subject to rules, orders, ordeclaratory rulings of the Commissioner.
