§ 53‑362. Rights ofdissenters to mergers, share exchanges, or asset transfers.
A shareholder of a State trustcompany may dissent from the proposed merger, share exchange, or asset transferto the extent allowed under, and by following the procedures prescribed by,Article 13 of Chapter 55 of the General Statutes. (2001‑263, s. 1.)
