§ 53‑390. Deposit offunds collected.
All funds collected by theCommissioner, in liquidating any State trust company, shall be deposited fromtime to time in a bank as may be selected by the Commissioner and shall besubject to withdrawal by check of the Commissioner. (2001‑263, s. 1.)
