§54‑109.66. Application.
Every application for a loanshall be made in writing upon a form, which the board of directors prescribe.The application shall state the purpose for which the loan is desired, and thesecurity, if any, offered. Each loan shall be evidenced by a written document. (1975,c. 538, s. 1.)
