§54‑109.71. Other loan programs.
(a) A credit union mayparticipate in loans to credit union members jointly with other credit unions,corporations, or financial organizations.
(b) A credit union mayparticipate in guaranteed loan programs of the federal and State government.
(c) A credit union maypurchase the conditional sales contracts, notes and similar instruments of itsmembers. (1975, c. 538, s. 1.)
