§54‑55. Mortgage forms; approval.
The mortgages to be given tothe association, the bonds to be issued and the trust deed executed to securethe bonds shall be in such form and shall contain such conditions as willadequately protect all parties thereto. The trustees shall provide the formssubject to the joint approval of the Commissioner of Banks and the AttorneyGeneral. (1925, c. 223, s. 7; 1931, c. 243, s. 5.)
