§54‑73. Banking laws applicable.
The statutes relating to banksand banking in this State, that is, G.S. 53‑1 to 53‑158 [G.S. 53‑1to 53‑242], insofar as applicable and not in conflict with the provisionshereof shall apply to land mortgage associations. (1925, c. 223, s. 25.)
