§54B‑24. Approval revoked; branch office.
The Commission may, for goodcause and after a hearing, order the closing of a branch office. Such ordershall be made in writing to the association and shall fix a reasonable timeafter which the association shall close the branch office. (1981,c. 282, s. 3.)
