§ 54C‑27. Loanproduction office.
A State savings bank may openor close a loan production office with the prior written approval of theCommissioner of Banks. The Commissioner of Banks may request, and the savingsbank shall provide, any information that the Commissioner of Banks determinesis necessary to evaluate the request.
