§ 54C‑87. Emergencylimitations.
The Commissioner of Banks,with the approval of the Governor, may impose a limitation upon the amountswithdrawable or payable from deposit accounts of savings banks during anyspecifically defined period when the limitation is in the public interest andwelfare. (1991,c. 680, s. 1; 2001‑193, s. 16.)
