§55‑13‑24. Share restrictions.
(a) The corporation mayrestrict the transfer of uncertificated shares from the date the demand fortheir payment is received until the proposed corporate action is taken or therestrictions released under G.S. 55‑13‑26.
(b) The person for whomdissenters' rights are asserted as to uncertificated shares retains all otherrights of a shareholder until these rights are cancelled or modified by thetaking of the proposed corporate action.
