§ 55A‑1‑70. Electronic transactions.
For purposes of applyingArticle 40 of Chapter 66 of the General Statutes to transactions under thisChapter, a corporation may agree to conduct a transaction by electronic meansthrough provision in its articles of incorporation or bylaws or by action ofits board of directors. (2008‑37, s. 3.)
