§ 58‑10‑140. Report of policyholder's position.
Each mortgage guarantyinsurance company doing business in this State must file on a form prescribedby the Commissioner a Mortgage Guaranty Insurers Report of PolicyholdersPosition. The supplemental reports shall be filed with the annual and quarterlystatements pursuant to G.S. 58‑2‑165. (2005‑215, s. 12.)
