§ 58‑10‑170. Qualified immunity of appointed actuary.
The appointed actuary shallnot be liable for damages to any person other than the insurance company or theCommissioner for any act, error, omission, decision, or conduct with respect tothe appointed actuary's opinion, except in cases of fraud or willful misconductby the appointed actuary.
