§58‑11‑10. "Assessment plan" printed on application andpolicy.
Every policy or certificateissued to a resident of the State by any corporation transacting in the Statethe business of life insurance upon the assessment plan, or admitted to dobusiness in this State on the assessment plan, shall print in bold type nearthe top of the front page of the policy, upon every policy or certificateissued upon the life of any such resident of the State, the words "issuedupon the assessment plan"; and the words "assessment plan" shallbe printed conspicuously upon every application, circular, card, and any andall printed documents issued, circulated, or caused to be circulated by suchcorporation within the State.
