§58‑16‑40. Alternative service of process on insurers.
In addition to the proceduresset out in Articles 1 through 64 of this Chapter, insurers may be served withprocess and subjected to the jurisdiction of the courts of this State pursuantto applicable provisions of Chapter 1 and Chapter 1A of the General Statutes. (1967,c. 954, s. 3.)
