§58‑20‑10. Commercial Fishermen Hull Insurance, and Protection andIndemnity Clubs authorized.
In addition to other authoritygranted under Articles 1 through 64 of this Chapter, ten or more commercialfishermen who are members of an association may enter into contracts oragreements under this Article for the joint protection and retention of theirrisk for Hull Insurance, and Protection and Indemnity, and for the payment oflosses or claims made against any member. Any group of commercial fishermen intendingto organize and operate a Club under this Article shall give the Commissioner30 days' advance written notification of its intention in a form prescribed bythe Commissioner.
