§58‑23‑20. Termination.
A pool or a terminating membermust provide at least 90 days' written notice of the termination orcancellation. A workers' compensation pool must notify the Commissioner of thetermination or cancellation of a member within 10 days after notice oftermination or cancellation is received or issued. (1985 (Reg.
