§58‑27‑15. Annual statements furnished.
Every such domestic landmortgage company or title insurance company doing business in this State underthis Article shall annually file with the Commissioner on or before the firstday of March in each year a full and complete sworn statement of its financialcondition on the thirty‑first day of December next preceding. Suchstatement shall plainly exhibit all real and contingent assets and liabilitiesand a complete account of its income and disbursements during the year, andshall also exhibit the amount of real estate mortgages deposited by such landmortgage company or title insurance company for the protection of thecertificates issued under this Article. The Commissioner is hereby empoweredto require such further information as may be reasonably necessary to satisfyhim that the statements contained in the sworn statements are true and correct.(1927, c. 204, s. 3; 1991, c. 720, s. 4.)
