§58‑29‑5. Definitions.
As used in this Article:
(1) "Residents"shall mean and include person, partnership or corporation, domestic, alien orforeign.
(2) "Unfair TradePractice Act" shall mean Article 63 of this Chapter. (1965,c. 910.)
