§58‑30‑280. Ancillary summary proceedings.
The Commissioner in his solediscretion may institute proceedings under G.S. 58‑30‑60 through 58‑30‑70at the request of the insurance regulator of the domiciliary state of anyforeign or alien insurer having property located in this State. (1989,c. 452, s. 1.)
