§58‑31‑35. Information furnished Commissioner by officers incharge.
It is the duty of thedifferent officers or boards having in their custody any property belonging tothe State to inform the Commissioner, giving him in detail a full descriptionof same, and to keep him informed of any changes in such property or itslocation or surroundings.
