§58‑33‑110.  Agents signing certain blank policies.

Any agent or limitedrepresentative who signs any blank contract or policy of insurance is guilty ofa Class 3 misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished only by a fine ofnot less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than five thousand dollars($5,000); provided, however, that transportation ticket policies of accidentinsurance and baggage insurance policies may be countersigned in blank forissuance only through coin‑operated machines, subject to regulationsprescribed by the Commissioner.
