§58‑37‑10. Obligations after termination of membership.
Any company whose membershipin the Facility has been terminated by withdrawal shall, nevertheless, withrespect to its business prior to midnight of the effective date of suchtermination continue to be governed by this Article. (1973,c. 818, s. 1.)
