§58‑37‑55. Exemption from requirements of this Article of companiesand their agents.
The Board of Governors mayexempt a company and its agents from the requirements of this Article, insofaras new business is concerned. The Board may further exempt a company and itsagents from the requirements of this Article regarding the selling andservicing a particular category of business, if the company is not qualified toservice the business.
