§ 58‑39‑115. Obtaining information under false pretenses.
Any person who knowingly andwillfully obtains information about an individual from an insuranceinstitution, agent, or insurance‑support organization under falsepretenses shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
