§ 58‑39‑150. Objectives of information security program.
A licensee's informationsecurity program shall be designed to:
(1) Ensure the securityand confidentiality of customer information;
(2) Protect against anyanticipated threats or hazards to the security or integrity of the information;and
(3) Protect againstunauthorized access to or use of the information that could result insubstantial harm or inconvenience to any customer. (2003‑262, s. 4.)
