§58‑4‑25. Insurance Regulatory Information System and similarprogram test data records.
Financial test ratios, data,or information generated by the NAIC Insurance Regulatory Information System,any successor program, or any similar program shall be disseminated by theCommissioner consistent with procedures established by the NAIC. (1991,c. 681, s. 13.)
