§58‑40‑35. Filing open to inspection.
Each filing and supportingdata filed under this Article shall, as soon as filed, be open to publicinspection at any reasonable time. Copies may be obtained by any person onrequest and upon payment of a reasonable charge therefor. (1977,c. 828, s. 2.)
