§58‑44‑40. Effect of failure to give notice of encumbrance.
No policy of insurance issuedupon any property shall be held void because of the failure to give notice tothe company of a mortgage or deed of trust existing thereon or thereafterplaced thereon, except during the life of the mortgage or deed of trust. (1915,c. 109, s. 4; C.S., s. 6440.)
