§58‑44‑55. Farmowners' and other property policies; ice, snow, orsleet damage.
Under any policy offarmowners' or other property insurance that insures against all direct loss byfire, lightning, or other perils that may be delivered or issued for deliveryin this State with respect to any farm dwellings, appurtenant privatestructures, barns, or other farm buildings or farm structures located in thisState, coverage shall be available for inclusion therein or supplementalthereto to include direct loss caused by weight of ice, snow, or sleet thatresults in physical damage to such buildings or structures, and shall beoffered to all insureds requesting these policies.
