§58‑46‑35. Reports of inspection made available; immunity fromliability.
All reports of inspectionperformed by or on behalf of the association shall be made available to themembers of the association, applicants and the Commissioner. There shall be noliability on the part of and no cause of action of any nature shall ariseagainst any member insurer, the Association or its agents or employees, theboard of directors, or the Commissioner or his representatives for any actiontaken by them in good faith in the performance of their powers and duties underthis Article.
