§ 58‑46‑55. Rates, rating plans, rating rules, and forms applicable.
The rates, rating plans,rating rules, and forms applicable to the insurance written by the associationshall be in accordance with the most recent manual rates or adjusted loss costsand forms that are legally in effect in this State.
