§58‑49‑45. Certain words prohibited in name of MEWA.
No licensed MEWA shall use inits name, contracts, literature, advertising in any medium, or any otherprinted matter the words "insurance", "casualty","surety", "mutual", or any other words descriptive of theinsurance business or deceptively similar to the name or description of anyinsurer doing business in this State.
