§58‑51‑105. Hospitalization insurance defined.
Hospitalization insurance isdeclared to be any form of accident and health insurance which providesindemnity or payment for expenses incurred due to or in connection withhospitalization of the insured, or his dependents. (1953, c. 1096, s. 3.)
