§58‑51‑85. Group or blanket accident and health insurance; approvalof forms and filing of rates.
No policy of group or blanketaccident, health or accident and health insurance shall be delivered or issuedfor delivery in this State unless the form of the policy contracts includingthe master policy contract, the individual certificates thereunder, theapplications for the contract, and a schedule of the premium rates pertainingto such form or forms, have been filed with and the forms approved by the Commissioner.(1945, c. 385; 1991, c. 720, s. 34.)
