§58‑53‑25. Notification to employee.
In addition to thenotification requirement set forth in G.S. 58‑53‑40, notificationmay be included on insurance identification cards or may be given by theemployer, orally or in writing as a part of the exit process from theemployment. (1981, c. 706, s. 1.)
