§58‑53‑65. Coverage.
The converted policy shallcover the employee or member and his eligible dependents who were covered bythe group policy on the date of termination of insurance. At the option of theinsurer, a separate converted policy may be issued to cover any such eligibledependent. (1981, c. 706, s. 1.)
